Varnox Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026. Last updated: October 14, 2026.

This privacy policy is a public HTML page for the Varnox application. The application home page is https://varnox.io/varnox.

Who operates Varnox

Google user data Varnox accesses

Varnox accesses Google user data only after a person chooses to connect a Google account and approves the Google consent screen. The data is limited to properties that person already administers.

Varnox does not collect an Android Advertising ID, a Firebase Installation ID, or other mobile advertising identifiers. Varnox does not use Google AdMob.

How Varnox uses Google user data

Varnox uses this Google user data only to provide and maintain the application:

This use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Varnox does not use Google user data to display contextual or personalized advertisements, for retargeting, to sell data, to decide creditworthiness, or to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Who receives Google user data

Varnox does not sell Google user data and does not transfer it to advertisers, data brokers, or other customers. Access inside Varnox is limited to the Varnox team and authorized operators of the connected sites.

How Varnox protects Google user data

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of Google user data. Connections use HTTPS encryption in transit. Report data and the token that keeps the Google connection are stored on access-controlled servers. Google user data is not published on public pages of varnox.io.

How long Varnox keeps Google user data and how to delete it

Varnox keeps Google user data only as long as needed to provide the reports, or longer if the law requires it. While the Google connection is active and the related project remains in the application, Varnox keeps the fetched reports and the connection token. When that period ends, or when the person disconnects Google, Varnox deletes the stored Google report data and token for that connection from active systems.

You may request deletion of your Google user data by emailing [email protected]. The request page is this policy, https://varnox.io/varnox-privacy. On a deletion request, Varnox deletes the associated Google user data it stores, rather than only disabling access. You can also remove Varnox at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
