Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://varnox.io (the “Site”) operated by Varnox. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About our services

Varnox provides professional technology services including websites and applications, remote IT support, VoIP, Linux infrastructure, VPN (WireGuard), SEO, and related consulting. Marketing content on the Site is illustrative; specific scope, fees, and deliverables are defined only in a written statement of work, proposal, or contract (“Engagement Agreement”).

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails for that project.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind any organisation you represent. You agree to provide accurate information in enquiries and not impersonate others.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt unauthorised access, scanning, or disruption of our systems or networks.
  • Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content through contact channels.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Site at scale without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Varnox owns or licenses the Site content, branding, and materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation.

Client deliverables, licences, and ownership of custom work product are defined in the Engagement Agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how remain our property.

Articles, FAQs, and blog posts are general information only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or regulated compliance advice. Obtain qualified advisers for decisions in regulated industries.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed scheduling, analytics, or review platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Site (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed the greater of (a) GBP £100 or (b) amounts you paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Engagement Agreements may specify different liability caps for paid work.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our intentional misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home country where they apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
